With a wealth of experience in training and education, I have honed my craft to empower and inspire women to discover and embrace their unique, natural beauty. I am currently the Head of Global Makeup Education at L’Oreal, and my mission for both my day job and my yay job is simple: I teach, I empower, and I elevate.

I share insider tips and tricks to streamline the makeup routine, making it accessible even for those with only five minutes to spare in the morning. Beyond makeup, I also advocate for the importance of skincare and help clients curate routines that feel natural and effortless.

I stumbled into the beauty world after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Speech Pathology and not knowing what to do next. I never wore makeup. Maybe a lip gloss and a mascara here and there. 16 years later, and I’m still in love with this industry because of the women I’ve met along the way. I’m a glowing mother of 2 little girls you may have seen scooting around town. One of my favorite hobbies is to sit at a coffee shop with my iced mocha and create.
